|Sarah Watson is the Green Business Programme Manager at Coventry City Council managing an EU funded programme to help businesses make the most of low carbon opportunities and become more energy efficient. She is an environment and energy professional. Her experience includes over sixteen years of experience in the field of sustainability with both public and private organisations. She has worked as a Sustainability Consultant providing advice and assistance which has enabled companies to achieve, ISO 14001, environmental compliance and embed sustainable behaviours within their organisations. Sarah has also worked for the Environment Agency and led on supplier development activities around improving environmental management and energy efficiency for Jaguar Land Rover.|
|Wayne is the Milton Keynes depot manager of Stanair Industrial door services Ltd, the leading industrial door company of the region. He has been with the company for over 15 years and runs 5 engineering teams covering the local area including Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Oxfordshire.He has always worked in the service industry starting in the insurance sector before moving on and gaining knowledge of both manufacturing and then engineering sectors before arriving at Stanair.
His success comes from a desire to please his customers and creating a happy and productive team around him. After all, we spend most of our time at work, we should only do it if we enjoy it.
Wayne and his wife Jaye have 2 children, both daughters, as well as a dog and a guinea pig.
As well as spending time with his family, Wayne’s hobbies include playing golf, going to the cinema and volunteer work at homeless charity Winter Night Shelter MK.
|Paul Rowe is Area Manager for The Regus Group in Birmingham and surrounding area. With over a decade of experience within the industry Paul has formed strong connections with local commercial agents and online brokers enabling Regus to increase occupancy and expand within the area. Paul has also worked previously for an online broker of office space allowing him to understand all aspects of the serviced office market. Paul has recently become a member of the Colmore Business District and is actively involved in a number of focus groups to improve the area. Paul enjoys the ability to help not just large corporate clients with their office requirements but also SME businesses who are looking for a flexible workspace solution that can help to grow their business.|
|Andrew Armstrong is UK sales and marketing manager at FANUC, where he has worked for over three years. He manages the sales team across all product areas, including robotics, plastic injection moulding, CNC, wire EDM, automated milling and lasers. He also supports the marketing and PR teams with the creation and development of targeted messaging and campaigns for all aspects of FANUC’s services and solutions.
Andrew originally joined the team in 2014 as a sales account manager, during which time he was responsible for supporting customers in Ireland and Finland, as well as conducting new customer development in the UK.
Andrew has over thirty years’ experience in sales and engineering, having previously worked for 18 years at Krauss Maffei UK as an applications engineer, a technical project engineer and, subsequently, sales area manager.
Andrew is an indentured apprentice with GEC meters and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Polymer Science at Loughborough University. He has also studied production and computer-aided engineering.
